Who you deal with
erateradar is a product of Helios One. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Helios One Oy (business ID 3596623-5), a company registered in Finland.
The free trial
14-day free trial, no card. Nothing is billed when it ends, because no card is on file. The Monday email and downloads stop until you pick a plan.
Billing
- You are billed in US dollars, through Stripe, by Helios One Oy.
- The monthly plan ($149/mo) is billed monthly. If you pick the annual plan ($1,490/yr), it is billed once a year.
- Each plan renews at the end of its month or year until you cancel. Every payment has an invoice you can download from Billing, then Manage billing.
Cancel any time
Cancel online from Billing, then Manage billing. No phone call or email needed. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
If erateradar ever closes
We will email every paying customer at least 30 days before the service stops, and refund the unused part of any month or year you have paid for.
What the service is
erateradar reads public USAC E-rate records and sends you the open network bids near your office, each with what that buyer reported last time where USAC has a record. Every number links to its USAC record. Not affiliated with USAC or the FCC. Check the Form 470 at USAC before you bid; we do not promise that you will win any bid.
