What schools asked for last time, nationwide

On November 7, 2026, the median last request behind the open network bids was $27,000.00 pre-discount. A year of erateradar for one territory is $1,490.

Bids counted
708 of the 778 open Category 2 bids nationwide have a usable last request on file. The rest have none on file, or none safe to quote, and are left out.
How recent
514 of the 708 are from funding year 2026; the oldest is from funding year 2017.
Method
The middle value of USAC’s total_pre_discount_costs field across those requests; with an even count, the upper of the two middle values.
Which request is “last”
The same buyer (its BEN) and the same kind of service, in the latest funding year with a usable Form 471 request. Denied and cancelled requests are skipped. How a finding is built.
What it is not
It is the eligible cost before the E-rate discount: not what was paid, and not a forecast of what anyone will spend this year.

Billing questions

Do I need a card to start?

No. The trial is 14 days and needs no card. It covers two Mondays.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is billed, because no card is on file. The Monday email stops and downloads (CSV, Excel, PDF) lock. The web view keeps your latest list readable, so you don’t lose what you have seen. Pick a plan any time to turn both back on.

Who gets the founding price?

The first 20 paying customers on the monthly plan: $99/mo per territory for their first 12 months, applied automatically at checkout. After those 12 months it is the list price, $149/mo, until you cancel. The annual plan is always $1,490/yr; the founding price doesn’t apply to it.

Can I cancel?

Yes, online, any time: Billing in the app, then Manage billing, then cancel. No phone call, no email to us. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you are in, and you are not charged again.

Do I get receipts and invoices?

Yes. Every payment has an invoice you can download as a PDF from Billing, then Manage billing, in the app.

How many people can use one subscription?

Your whole team. Invite them from the Team page in the app; each person gets the Monday email and the web list. There is no per-seat charge.

What does “per territory” mean?

One territory is a 60-mile radius around one office ZIP. It crosses state lines, and you can move it to another ZIP in the app. One account follows one territory today, so a second office needs its own account and plan, billed separately, and a bid inside both circles shows on both lists.

Why an annual plan?

It is a year of Monday lists for one territory at $1,490/yr, 2 months free compared with paying monthly. It renews each year until you cancel, and the Billing page shows the date. Pick it if you plan to bid through a whole funding cycle; pick monthly if you want to stop when the bids stop.

What if my area has few bids that week?

If fewer than 3 schools or libraries in your radius have open network bids that week, we don’t send the email that week.

Is the price the same in every state?

Yes. One price per territory, wherever your office is.
